I requested for password reset, but never received the reset email?

This could happen due to a couple of reasons:

• The password reset email (vicict@strategydotzero.com) may be sitting in your trash/junk mail. Please check all folders to find the password reset email,
and make sure you ADD vicict@strategydotzero.com in your contact list.
• You might have entered your email address incorrectly while resetting the password.
