How do I use the function?

You will see Ad-Hoc reporting card when you click on your project

• Click on “Create New” and a window will open for you to input your ad-hoc reporting period.
• Input your reporting period and click create report – ad-hoc project status report card will open up for you to provide status report for the period you selected.
• Upon completion of status report, there is no need to “Save”.

You can use “View Past Report” and see all ad-hoc reports you created and edit them accordingly. However, you cannot have a duplicate report with the same reporting period start and end dates.
